Absolutely! Puzzles without shrink wrap but secured with adhesive tabs are still brand new. Your puzzle will arrive in a securely sealed box with two adhesive circles on the sides. To remove the adhesive circles, safely slice it open (your fingernail will do) or gently peel it off. Inside, the bag will remain intact, keeping all the pieces safe during transit and ready for you to enjoy assembling.
Yes, you can still return puzzles according to our return policy.
To be eligible for return or exchange your item must still be shrink-wrapped, or contain the original sticker seal tabs with the inner bag still intact. Returns and/or exchanges are allowed up until 30 days following the initial purchase.
As we make this transition, some items may still arrive in shrink wrap. However, many of our newest arrivals will feature our updated packaging with adhesive stickers for secure sealing.
