Subscription Dates & Payments

Your subscriptions are shipped every other month, with orders processed and dispatched after the 10th of each month. For bi-monthly subscriptions, payments will be processed on the same day every other month.

Shipping Information

Items are processed and shipped after the 10th of each month and adhere to standard shipping times of 3-7 business days once dispatched. Any additional items added to your monthly subscription will be shipped at the same time.

Gifting Subscriptions

We provide a hassle-free way to gift puzzle subscriptions with our pre-paid subscription plans! Every other month, the recipient will receive exciting new puzzles. Additionally, they'll have access to their own portal to manage their subscription preferences.

Manage Your Subscription

Email Notifications

We will communicate all subscription information via email, including notifications sent 5 days before your upcoming shipments, as well as confirmation when your order has been shipped.

Skip, Pause, or Cancel

Your order will be processed on the same day each month, and you have the flexibility to manage your subscription by skipping or pausing it if you're unable to receive your order. Please note that only recurring subscriptions can be canceled, while prepaid subscriptions will expire at the end of their designated time period and will not automatically renew.
