Product Workflow Designer (Remote)
Remote, EST-morning availability preferred
Full-time or freelance-to-permanent
US work eligibility required
Compensation based on experience, with growth potential
We’re hiring a Product Workflow Designer to join New York Puzzle Company—a premium puzzle and gift brand known for beautiful, clever products and a design-obsessed team.
This isn’t your typical design job. It’s part designer, part builder, part systems thinker.
You’ll live in Illustrator and Photoshop, but also manage product data, SKUs, and packaging specs. You’ll create order, automate the repeatable, and help us scale without losing quality. You’ll grow into product management—from concept to launch to retirement.
What you’ll do:
- Design packaging templates in Illustrator and Photoshop
- Automate content population via CSV data and smart systems
- Export clean, production-ready files with perfect version control
- Collaborate with vendors and oversee sampling to final delivery
- Maintain accurate specs, timelines, and product records
- Create assets for marketing and 3D mockups
- Use automation, scripts, or light code to solve workflow problems
- Help source new products, ideally made in the USA
- Conduct product research and support innovation
- Grow into a Product Manager role over time
You might be a fit if:
- You’re an Adobe power user with a love for clean systems
- You think in templates and file structures
- You enjoy solving technical design problems
- You’ve worked with production, vendors, or manufacturing
- You’re proactive, organized, and spot mistakes before others do
- You take initiative and want room to grow
- You’re curious about automation, 3D rendering, or AI tools
- You can work early mornings to sync with the U.S. and Europe
Why us:
- Fully remote, flexible work environment
- Culture of creativity, rigor, and growth
- Tight-knit team that values initiative
- Real opportunity to grow into a leadership role
- A company that genuinely cares about its people and its product
